    Motor started having problems in spring. Rplcd power pack and coils. Motor ran better. Hard starting was fixed when I rplcd the brushes in starter. Low speed needles rplcd due to excessive wear. Impeller rplcd and seems to be pumping good. Now I can start the motor when it is cold and it runs...
