The pump is new. It came mounted on a new pulley. The supplier (Marine Parts Express) says it is the correct pump. There is no wobble in the pulleys. The idler jiggles up and down, and sqeaks. I think the idler/tensioner should remain pretty much stationary...

The full info on my engine is: Model - 5.7 GSI PEFS; SN - 4012037981;Part No. 3869059. It is a 2000. I've kept the rust off the pulleys by wire brushing when rust develops.
