    2000 SeaDo Millenium Edition stalls at low speeds runs fine at high speeds

    My 2000 SeaDo runs rough at low speeds (less than 12 MPH) and has a tendency to stall at idle or other low speeds. No problem at higher speed but the low speed stalling is very annoying. Any advice? New plugs have been installed.
