I had my vro pump removed and some other engine work done and my tach no longer works. I was trying to find a schematic of tach to motor, but my book does not seem to have that.

I have a 90 degree v4 115hp crossflow. I have the crankshaft out but not sure how to get the upper bearing out of the upper crankshaft bearing cap. I have a new one to replace it.

1996 evinrude 115 hp. the dowel pin in the crankcase that fits into the race for the main bearing on the crankshaft has been pushed flush. how do I get it out and/or replaced?

Sorry about the delay. I had to get the tools. Also, I disassembled the crank because piston 1 actually had side to side movement. Numbers show that someone must have bored it out with larger piston.
My son replaced piston kit on my boat. When he put it back together every cylinder had 60lbs of pressure and will not start. I just got the boat back today (he was deployed for the Navy). I suspect that since he order the standard piston kit that there may be an issue with the piston or ring...
I was hoping that someone could help me with a diagram or description of where all the hoses go from the carburetors. I got the motor without a fuel pump or vro.
