    5.0 liter to 4.3 liter change

    I have seen many 4.3 liter EFI motors complete on ebay for what seems to be a resonable price. Is it necessary to purchase a control module of some type to run the motor? Or is this already on the unit? Is this costly if necessary?<br /><br />Thanks again!!!
