    Greetings all, i have a o/b 85 force bayliner that attempts to start but doesn't turn over. I took the cover off and u can see the starter shaft move up and engage the flywheel but it doesn't turn over, it actually seems to lose power everytime i turn the ignition- i mean it sounds alittle...
