    Electric primer leaking Johnson 25

    My electric primer has 1 small nipple (plus a large one), but pic in manual shows 2 small nipples + the large. Mine has hole (and no metal nipple) where 2nd small one should be, and gas shoots out of it. I have not yet found a loose hose to go to a 2nd nipple, or a loose nipple lying around...

    '91 Evinrude 25 HP Tracker timing

    Is it true that the timing adjustment only affects engine full throttle operation? So timing at less than full is fixed, right? Thank you
