    1963 75hp johnson seahorse- still not peeing

    I changed the impeller and the seals on the lower gearcase. Do I have to wait for the thermostat to open before it pees. Or is it supposed to pee imediatly after starting...if so any Ideas on the problem??Oh and thanks for the advice on the impeller..
