    I have an 86 fiberglass 15 ft. starline aggressor tri hull. the little coast guard sticker says reccommended HP is 70. is this one of those things that is serious or could I safely get away with putting a 90 or even a 115 HP motor on it?

    I have an 86 Johnson 65HP. There's 3 black, circle, plastic things that I think cover the ports to the carb. or something. anyway, these things just pop on and off. However the bottom one is missing. Is that important? Could that be one of the reasons my engine won't start?
