After I ran my motor on the stand today there was oil and water leaking out the centre of the prop after I shut it down.<br /><br />So...there is a seal that needs replaced....my question is what seal.<br /><br />I removed the prop and then the plate (#57) behind the prop with three small bolts...
I am looking for a ring gear for my 20hp merc.<br /><br />The ring gear that I need is the one that bolts onto the bottom of the flywheel with 4 bolts.<br />Merc Part # is 43-99301<br /><br />If you can help me out with this please email me with the details.
