I have a 78 Mercury 115 that is not running and may replace it with an 82 135 Chrysler. I have been told that the Mercury tilt/trim might fit the Chrysler. Is that true? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks!
I am trying to find out how big an outboard motor this boat is rated for. I cannot find any technical info on it. I am going to have to replace the motor that is on it (Merc 115) but was told not to go over a 150.

I bought the boat in Pheonix (1,100 ft)and brought to Albuquerque(5,000ft).
