I am having a problem with one of my carbuerated 200 Yamaha's. It is very hard starting (ether only) and once started, the motor cannot stay at one RPM. It changes frequently, say from 28 - 39 hundred RPM. I had is running at 37 consistantly, but on the way back, it would not stay at 1 RPM...
