    I have a 1967, Johnson 60 hp , V4, model # VXL-13A, I have just replaced all the lower unit seals to fix a leak. I also swapped carburetors(I have a parts motor) at this time because the low speed needles were loose on the original carb and would not stay put. Now the engine overheats badly too...
