I have had a problem with my 1987 Johnson GT 150 where I can tilt it up, but cannot tilt down. Press the down button and nothing at all. It has been an intermittent problem and usually goes away after maybe 15 minutes until now. I can consistantly tilt up, but cannot tilt down. Any thoughts...
