I have a 1990 225 hp ETLD outboard. My automatic choke (prime starter) is not working. I have to lift up the red switch to get it started . Also my engine has a problem (bogs down) at low rpm. At mid to high rpm it runs fine. Is the prime starter just for starting a cold engine?
