1983 Evinrude will start and idle then stat hearing a cough in engine ,engine shakes as if cylinder is firing out of time ,new fuel lines rebuilt carbs check reeds none stuck open both carbs sucking at throat not popping back thru
start engine it will idle until that starts every time it happen...
