if any one can tell me how to get the flywheel off I got the nut off, but the flywheel wont come off , also I seen a spring that was broke and I looked up the part which is obsolete would a diff spring similar to that work any advice would greatly help

good evening I have a size 24marine battery I am wondering how long to charge it for I have a schumaker battery charger with 12volt 6 amp and 12 volt 2 amp settings what would be better to charge it on and how long thanks
the motor will not run full throttle, but will run full throttle in idle at high rpms , like its bogging down when you open it up goes into gear fine, but seems like its only half power when you try to go full throttle what could be wrong?
