1990 mercury 60hp warning horn comes on as soon as I turn the key to on and stays on while motor is running.Water comming out is a good stream and cool to the touch.Oil is good and mixing with the gas.Motor is not running hot and runs and sounds good.Do I have a bad sensor or a bad ground?
