    2006 Yamaha 90 Stalling Out

    My 90 HP 2006 Yamaha stalls out when put into gear. Have cleaned the fuel fiter twice....nothing there. Have revved in nuetral trying to flush any trash from the engine. No luck. Starts right up, put into gear and engine quits. Any thoughts appreciated.

    Merc 9.9 Choking out when accelerating

    I have a 2003 Merc 9.9 that has begun choking out when I turn the throttle from low speed to high. I have replaced the fuel and oil, and the plugs. By the way, marine stor was out ofr Champion plugs and gave me Autolite. Hope that's OK as have never heard of anyone using this brand. Also ran...
