    Gil Bracket and Transom Saver

    I have a 22' boat with a 130 hp honda outboard that is mounted on a gil bracket (sometimes called an offshore bracket). The bracket and motor can put a lot of stress on the transom. Would a transom saver work on this setup and help to relieve some of the stress?
