My motor overheats only when run wide open. I've replaced water pump, thermostats, flow restrictors. Still overheats but only when run wide open. I talked to a mechanic who thinks the problem is electrical, not water flow. He said the timer might need replaced.

What is a good filler to use? I've just replaced part of my floor. There are gaps between areas of plywood that I want to fill before I glass over the plywood. I tried to fill with epoxy but the liquid drips through before it hardens.<br /><br />Thanks
I'm restoring the interior of a 17' Sunbird. I started with the upholstery. All of the wood on the back side of the cushions and the side rails was rotten. I replaced the wood with plastic. It took 2, 4x8 sheets of pvc board. Neat stuff easy to work with, won't rot, but it's expensive...
What can be done with polyester resin that didn't harden after 24 hours. I mixed the resin with pigment and smoothed out the ski locker area in my bowrider. I mixed the hardener according to directions. 24 hours later it is still tacky.<br /><br />Thanks
