    62 40 h.p. Johnson Thermostat

    Who knows if the impellar will pump water through the engine without the thermostat installed? I removed the thermostat a few years ago but I'm now noticing no water is being discharged out the "tell tale" rear hole. The impellar is good but could it be because the thermostat is missing???
