    seems the boat is taking on water other than the bilge because of a factory defect of not adding foam in a certain place, any one heard of this?

    I have an 86 Volvo penta aq131a with a 275 od, I've got the outdrive off, shaft is sloppy, how do I replace the bearing, does the engine have to come out to remove the bell housing?

    top end of the drive makes a bad noise/vibration while the motor is running, and the drive is all the way down or all the way up, there is a quiet spot in the middle, ive owned the boat for 1 year, I worked on it all last summer had it out half dozen times last fall, put it up for two months...
