Hi I have a 1981 80 hp merc serial number 5903596<br />last sunday my control died. Does anyone know of a good replacement for the quicksilver control. I read in an earlier post that D T S recomended a merc part number 881170a3. Just wondering if that would work for me. thanks
Hi I have a 1981 80hp merc, and I have re-built and replaced the needle and seat several times on the top carburator, but it keeps on sticking closed after the engine is run and tilted up. Any ideas would be apperciated.
