I have a 4.3 Mercuiser with an Alpha one gen one out drive. I noticed while I was replacing some belts that the info plate says rotation LH. I looked at my prop and I am almost certain it is a right rotation. I have been using the boat about four years and not noticed anything other than at low...
Can anyone tell me the exact belt I need for 4.3 Mercruiser Alternator Belt? It is the two V-Belts and it’s the one for the alternator. I keep shredding them and I am hoping it’s from getting a non marine one from the auto store.

I can’t find the right hardware for a quicksilver 16564 a 41. The 41 apparently means it is pressed and doesn’t accept any insert. Can I use it still somehow ?
I took off a Rubex propeller and was hoping to change it up a quicksilver but it looks pressed in. The quicksilver looks all metal. Is there a way to use it?? I’ve never done a prop. Thanks
I did decide to upgrade. I just wanted to try to get it back out on the water sooner rather than later. It’s been out of commission lots this summer. Did a tune up and repaired the impeller, fixed gas gauge and radio. Lol welcome to boats I guess.
Something broke in my control box. It’s a quicksilver Alpha One Gen One. It’s on a 87 4.3 mercruiser. I can’t find a diagram on how to put it back together. Any help? I am in over my head with putting parts back together
