But after replacing the off-idle jets with size 40, it runs perfect. I’m going to try 38s to see how it does also.
boat ran great overall, and seems a bit better but that might just be the placebo effect. No leaks on any of the fuel lines or crankcase line going to the fuel pump. I think it’s running just a bit lean, and I’m going to try and replace the size 35 off idle/fuel mix jets with size 40. I’ll keep...
Just replaced the fuel pump with a new one today. Just in case there was a pin hole leak somewhere that I couldn’t see. Going to run it today or tomorrow and will advise. I’ll bring a soapy water spray as well.
The carbs were completely rebuilt by a local shop. In addition I cleaned them all myself, including running a single strand wire through all the jets. The carbs are spotless.
Throttle valves fully open in sync. And are synced when at idle as well. I’ll run through the procedure again.
