I am in need of a replacement part for this ECM. Does anyone know if any parts have superseded this as it has been discontinued and very hard to find? Thank you for any help
I still can’t find which sensor is setting off code 81 and engaging limp mode. I have disconnected one sensor at a time and tried to clear codes with no success. When I test the wire going into each sensor I get between 3 and 8 volts. I still suspect it’s the oil switch. What sensors can set off...
Thanks fun times. Definitely a useful post. I have some different issues.. my engine runs fine up to 2000 then will not go any higher and starts backfiring. Oil pressure is slightly lower than the other engine at some times not consistently especially as the engine warms up.
Thank you so much. I am I ri the boat is out of the water. I was just trying to figure out if this is likely something major or minor and whether it should go to the mechanic or wait to troubleshoot after launch. Putting in and out of the water is obviously costly but seems necessary
