Does anyone know what a 1976 Chrysler 45 Hp is worth? Runs good. Has new carb kit, New fuel pump kit, New water pump impeller. And Chrysler repair manual.

Thanks for the earlier response on the 45 hp Chrysler Fuel running out by the lower unit bolts. I did take off the pump cover and see that the rubber is torn. But would that cause the fuel to run on the inside and out by the lower bolts? Or is there more problems?
I have a older pontoon with steel pontoons and they have been patched several times and wonder if anyone knows the cost to fill with foam 20'x20" and would I ever have to worry about any more leaks? Is this a good thing to do?
What is the best and easiest to load and unload your pontoon. I have heard that the crankup trailer are hard on your pontoon. But the other is very hard to load the pontoon.
What do you think.
I tried to start the motor after it has been sitting for a couple years and it started running gas out by the lower unit where it bolts on. Why? The carb was rebuilt before I tried starting it.
I also Have a 1976 45 HP and I am missing the air screen for the carb. I Don't even know what I am looking for. I can see the butterfky for the choke. Also What should the oil-fuel mixture be?
