First I thought it was a ground problem but then I tried to turn the flywheel with my hand. It will give one rotation either way and stop. I've droped the lower unit to see if the impeller was hung up, it seems okay. The lower unit seems okay. Nothing seems to be catching under the flywheel...
The starboard motor will start, the batteries are okay(I pretty sure) but the port side motor won't. The starter is getting power and will pop up but doesn't seem to have enough power to turn the fly wheel, even with both batteries showing a full charge. Does that sound like a bad connection...
