I put my boat back in the water yesterday. 2003 Maxum 2400 SCR, 220 HP Mercruiser w/ Alpha 1 Gen II drive. I replaced the bellows, water pump and gear lube before putting it back in. Boat ran great and actually ran the fastest it has ever gone. 39 MPH via dash gauge(didn't have my GPS)...
