I have a 87 evinrude 48 spl that I have rebuilt the carbs on 3 times I have replaced the fuel pump spark plugs and I have installed boysen Reed valves. I'm at a complete lost on what to do. I can get it to some what run with my hands over the carbs. And also at full choke it will rev rpms really...
