    Hello, I have a1985 60hp evinrude on a 24 ft. pontoon. My problem is took it out 3 weeks ago,it ran fine,came back 2 weeks later,had to keep choking it for a long time,got out on the lake it ran ok at 3/4 or less thortle.     Hello everyone,thankyou for letting me join this form. I have a pontoon boat,with a 1985 eve. as we are out on the water running full out,every once in a while we get a thumping noise on the boat .I is like you hit a peice of wood or something,what would cause this,not sure if it is boat...
