Can someone tell me were is the thermostate is located, under the head? Should I disconnect complete head to check thermostate?<br />I have heigh temp. at cilinderhead. Seems poor waterflow trough head.
After overheating my V8 350 both cilinder heads are cracked. I see no visible cracks on the block or cilinder liners. Should I just buy 2 new heads and hope for the best or is there a big risk of a damaged block or melted piston rings?
