I was wondering what the best way to winterize a Fling is. It got the 115HP Turbojet in it. Is there a simple way to pump anti-freeze into the system. Do I run it while pumping it in or is just draining the petcocks good enough? ANy suggestions.
On a Fling 115 OMC with the VRO output line in a container how much fuel should be pumped while cranking?
Also while cranking should you be able to stop the flow of fuel with your thumb over the fuel line? or would this be an indication of a weak pump?
Bought this '97 Four Winns Fling in the spring. It's a jet drive with an OMC 115 powerhead to run it. Had it out a couple of times and it seemed to run OK. The last time out when I went to accelerate it would only get about 1/3 power at full throttle setting. I limped back to the dock pulled it...
