Mercury 25 hp outboard 6787089. Throttle stuck wide open on new clamp I put on fuel line. Shut it down as quick as possible, fixed problem but engine will not start. I have fuel, I have spark to both cylinders. Maybe problem with timing? Every book I look at talks...
