have a suzuki 9.9 2 stroke outboard motor. It pumps the water good for about 5 mins then stops to a trickle or all together. I can turn off motor and wait a few mins and will do the same thing again. I have taken off the water pump. I dont know how to tell if the impeller is bad or if that is...
