I need help since repowering to a 1993 200hp Merc from a 1985 merc 150 hp, the motor won't trim down from shift control button. It does shift up and down from motor trim switch. I can test with a meter put need to know where to put leads. I checked bullet connectors and all seem connected...
I apologize and I tried to find it a marin shopen but numbers don't seem to match. It's a 150 hp Mariner. The seller says it's serial # is 6637299. He says he thinks it's a 1997. I don't want to drive 5 hours roundtrip for an 1987 motor. thanks for all your help.
