    Engines turns off when warm and at low idle

    So my issue is when im out after a couple hours of boating and i want to come back to dock and of course theres always a line, i bring my throttle down while still in forward gear and the engine will feel like it starts to choke and stall so i start doing donuts just so it wont turn off on me...

    What are these two black holes?

    Ok so when I bought my motor its a 1966 evinrude 60hp the charging system was cut and when I opened up the voltage regulator...one of the screws were chared, what could of happened with the previous owner that he had to rip the wires for the generator... Also if I were to connect everything...

    Pull start wont pull

    Hi im trying to do a compression test on a 1969 johnson super seahorse 40hp and i removed the spark plugs and wires and i connected the compression tester and im trying to pull the cord to get a psi reading but its like hitting a brick wall, any suggestions?
