So I am a new boat owner! Yay!! My first one and I took it to the lake today to check it out. It has a 96 Merc XRI 2.5L 150hp and I had a couple of issues. I cannot get it to plane out on the water for one, it just wants to stand up on end. I think I have an answer for that, but the bigger issue...
