    force charging system diagnostics

    I have a 1993 force 120HP Outboard. Is there a procedure to test the rectifier/regulator? (tynpanic). Battery is new. Stator output > 20 volts ac at high idle. The battery voltage is never higher than 12.3 volts at any speed.
