My friend has a 2 stroke tohatsu he mix the oil wrong and put too much oil and now leaking oil out of carburetor. What is the best way to fix the problem? Clean carburetor? Anything he should be concern about?

I have a Nissan 9.8 and there is a tilt lock which was not in my older tohatsu engine. I am just concern that if I hit bottom the engine wont adjust and ruin my transom since tilt is lock. The instruction did not mention any tilt lock just tilt handle when moving motor up.

I am planning of bolting my engine what do you put around the bolt to seal?
Manual instruction bolt and washer and other side. Any tips? I will mark the 2 holes adjust engine left or right then drill.
Besides changing oil and fuel filter what should be done for service?
I am planning it to be service at a TOHATSU dealer but if it is just something
