I have a 1996 mercury 30 hp. out board. Last sunday when I turn the key to start the beaper started and it won't stop. The motor is pumping a good stream of water, and it is not over heating.<br />The oil tank is over half full, when i start the motor I get oil smoke so I think it is mixing...
