I have a 1997 Evinrude V4 115hp outboard. I recently deleted the Oil from the VRO but like many others the VRO pump was already pooched because it will not work as a pump and do not get any fuel pressure.
Anyway, I purchased a regular OEM fuel pump( Inlet, outlet and pulse)...
