Secondly I have a 95 586zp w/ 4.3 liter mercruiser.
My problem (for now anyway) is how does the speedo work? Is it by vacuum or pressure? The former owner didn't fully understand the concept of squeeze, turn, then pull and broke the plastic clip connecting the rubber...
