    1996 force 120 lower pan loose.

    The forward two gromets that fasten the lower pan to power head are worn and the lower cowl (pan) is loose as a result. Is it necessary to pull the powerhead to replace these gromets. ?? 25-825380 is the part number of the gromets i am referring to
