    Merc 135 chugs when cold ?

    For the first 20 mins when cold the<br />boat won't get on plane. Just chugs along. All of a sudden something kicks in and then it flies. Runs perfect for the rest of the day. This has been going on for quite sometime ? Any ideas - Thanx
