    Emm is back on and the #4 injector is working now !! But after running the motor for a minute code 35 no oil pressure or faulty switch so going to run through the steps and figure out what is wrong I will have to run and buy a vacuum device problems after problems with this motor …..

    Another question I’m putting new spark plugs in and I read that your suppose to face the gap towards the fuel injector but I installed the plugs and there’s no way to get them all that way unless I over tighten or under tighten is it that pertinent ?

    Computer is on its way back the number #4 injector circuit was bad inside the computer has fresh rebuild will update when have the computer installed thanks guys

    I have called dfi tech and and explained to them the testing I’ve done and they said faulty computer so gonna package the computer up and get it sent off 732$ for rebuild

    Cleaned all connectors with cleaner & air continuity looks good doesn’t seem to be any damage anywhere on the connectors I did have to wiggle my meter probes in there a bit to get it to beep tried other injectors same thing ..

    We’ll little update the motor will not start with #4 injector plugged in the voltage to the injector is good the ohms read 1.0 manual says .80-.95 checked another injector just to make sure they were reading the same. And I did also previously I replaced the #4 injector with a used one and it...

    update on the ficht rebuilt the lift pump got everything back together it’s working now fuel pump sitting at 20 psi which the manual says 20-30 is good engine fires up. ev diag is saying #4 fuel injector is stuck open and it’s still getting hot the video in the forum for replacing the injectors...

    Yes thankyou everything has been very helpful e took the pump off cleaned it out little oil in and i was wondering why there was no fuel in it so I have a problem with my lift pump I hooked my fuel directly to the pump and it went to about 23 psi and I broke the top nipple off also lol will be...

    there was no filter present on the pump i have removed the pump the service manual is telling me to replace pump after checking the lift pump & circulation pump Along with a voltage test

    Not bringing up any fault codes The filter is full and no curd or nothing in there and the pump is no going up any more then 5 psi going to remove it see if it’s clogged or any obvious issues and I won’t be able to get a good reading on the voltage or codes until I get this running I’m guessing...
