I have a 1996 Mercury Force 120 hp outboard. Initial checkout showed charging system putting out 19 - 23 volts. I replaced the voltage regulator, output went to zero. Reinstalled the old regulator still zero. Replaced the stator. Still zero with either regulator. Don't know what else to do...
