Hi, I have a 1986 Four Winns boat with a mercuiser 170 in it. Last year I changed the points over to a Pertronics system and had the carb rebuilt. I also put a new starter on it last year. It has always been hard to start and still is but yesterday when I was trying to start it, everything died...
