Thank you for replying to cant remove steering cables, I don't know if you will go into my message again so I thought I would try it this way...<br />The nuts are already removed, I am having trouble getting the cables out of the push pull tube on the motor!
i need to know how to remove the steering cables to my johnson 175hp motor. My steering locked up and upon some rather poor advise I was told to force it to move by the steering wheel. Now I also have a broken steering box I can't remove, all this and the cables are still locked up!
